  • Our Story

    Dream Motion was founded in 2023 by a pair of former long-time local government employees. After years of working through red-tape, developing our own procedures, integrating data, and performing analysis we realized just how difficult it is to develop and scale data solutions at the local-government level. We were particularly alarmed by the lack of expertise and dedication of many contractors tasked with aiding municipalities in developing data solutions. In addition to this, it became evident that a lack of staffing resources was going to be a long-term problem for data teams at the local government level. That's where we decided we could make a real impact. Dream Motion is here to bridge the gap between large corporations eying to make a quick buck off of local municipalities and the often impossible internal development. We are here to aid local governments, NPOs, and other organizations in developing internal procedures, frameworks, and systems harnessing scarce resources to drive real change in both operational efficiency and decision-making.
